And it was here that the Ritz-Carlton Resort Hotel Key Biscayne sponsored the first of a series of annual charity events whereby guests staying at the Ritz-Carlton Resort Hotel had the opportunity to play in a round-robin tennis tournament for the opportunity to play-the-net with tennis superstars Andy Roddick, Kim Clijsters and Guillermo Cañas.

Just days after this event, both Andy Roddick and Kim Clijsters became the new 2010 Sony Ericsson Open tennis champions and Kim Clijsters once again became the US Open Tennis champion for 2010!
