Tulio Hockkoeppler Welcomed as New General Manager
Four seasons hotel Buenos Aries will be bringing in longtime manager Tulio Hockkoeppler. The Cornell graduate is a 19 year veteran manager of Four Seasons. “I am so excited to return to Buenos Aires and reunite with many friends who I worked with years ago,” says Hochkoeppler, who speaks fluent Spanish. “The team has worked so hard over the past year to completely reinvent the Hotel as the new hot spot in Buenos Aires, and it will be my pleasure to take Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires into the next chapter in its storied history.” He succeeds Rebeca Selley-Morales, who lead the team through 3 year-long, USD 49 million renovation that included the debut of two new restaurants and bars.
CIELO Spa & Gym Added as Part of Renovations
The hotel will also be adding along a CIELO Spa which will be part of a $49 million renovations. Elena has World’s Best Wine List
Elena Restaurant has been honored in a UK-based magazine The World of Fine Wine’s inaugural World’s Best Wine Lists 2014, as having one the world’s best restaurant wine lists. Only five Argentine restaurants made it to the list, and Elena has the privilege of being the only restaurant within a hotel awarded. The prestigious UK-based magazine, The World of Fine Wine, presented its annual list of the world’s best restaurant wine list. The selection was carried out by a judging panel of experts after examining more than 4,000 restaurants wine lists around the world.
