Saturday brings the running of the Victoria Cup. Often used as a launch pad to the Royal Hunt Cup at Royal Ascot this is one of the more important Flat races of the season. In between cheering on a winner share a curry with friends from the international street food festival that will continue on the Plaza Lawns.

The Summer Mile Raceday on Saturday 11th July is a day out for the whole family. The £100,000 Group Two Fred Cowley MBE Memorial Summer Mile takes centre stage. Whilst away from the track Ascot’s elegant lawns will have plenty to keep the little ones entertained, including free fairground rides and an inaugural ‘Teddy Bears’ Picnic’.

One of Ascot’s most prestigious meetings, the King George VI Weekend combines world-class flat racing with summer style in a quintessential British garden party setting.
Friday features the John Guest Brown Jack Stakes. Whilst Saturday brings the historic King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes. With its prize fund of £1million, the King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes is the centrepiece of the weekend and the European mid-season middle distance championship.
Whether you’re a racing aficionado or simply fancy a day out with friends, the King George VI Weekend is not to be missed.
SATURDAY 8th AUGUST
One of Ascot’s best loved meetings, at the Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup and Concert you can look forward to the world’s premier international jockeys battling it out in a unique six race, points based, team contest on the track.
Racing is followed by a free evening concert for racegoers starring household favourites Razorlight, Lulu, Rick Astley, Blue and the Hayseed Dixies.
